Came here for the first time for a state inspection, and I was very pleased with my experience! I love the detailed report they send, which includes pictures of issues that need repairs, along with written details. Also excellent communication and customer service all around. We will be back in the future for sure!

I made an appointment with Aarrow for a state inspection not realizing there were 2 locations. I scheduled for the one in Midlothian and I needed it for Richmond. Needless to say, I showed up to the location in Richmond where I didn't have an appointment and Carlos not only called the other store for me to let them know of my mistake, he let me know if I could wait, they would get me in, even though they were booked. Emmanuel was also extremely helpful in letting me know what exactly needed to be fixed with my car and providing wonderful hospitality. The entire team was not only helpful, they were hospitable and very welcoming. Thank you for providing excellent service!

I’m an elderly woman. Who is very picky. I have to say that this establishment meets and exceeds expectations. Clean, very safe. The service is impeccable. Prices are reasonable. Quick turnaround time. The staff are polite, respectful, knowledgeable, HONEST, and highly skilled professionals. This is where I take my cars to be serviced. Honesty in pricing, impeccable customer service, excellent workmanship. Need I say more. Thank you for the cold air induction!!!

Very professional car repairs . Been going here about 8 years & they’ve always done a great job. Highly recommend’. The price seemed a little high imho.

My vehicle needed a new timing chain. I took it to the dealership, who was going to charge an outrageous amount to replace the timing chain. Brought it over to Aarrow and they came back with a great price. They were friendly and were able to get the job done within a few days. Saved me so much money. I'll be bringing my other vehicle to them for my maintenance needs. I don't feel like I'm being ripped off unlike other places.
