And in terms of stars only reason it’s a 4 star is because I can’t give it 4.5 that being said it is because you have to wait longer for OEM parts but that is what I wanted Andy (Andrew) is a great guy amazing customer service and will make sure your vehicle gets finished properly would recommend.

Dont look nowhere else if you want a great professional work oem great paint job great work this where to go. If not check out my truck before and after always answer phone calls and questions they are straight forward with the time of delivery. What I really like about them is that they always put the customer first I been to other shops never answer phone calls always busy this place would go on and beyond for you.

I was referred by Horace Mann insurance. A man rear ended the back of my car, I was upset and sad. Sad, because I had only purchased it a week before the incident. I called AAWC collision and Adam answered the phone and asked how could he help me? I told him who I was referred by and he assured me if he could take a look at my vehicle he would do his best to try and help. I took my car to AAWC and was introduced by Adam who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I can’t ever recall a time where I felt so comfortable in the worst situation. I have not been able to contact anyone about my car. I had to get the sheriff involved to view my car. They have BAR on speed dial so DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. They are scammers and are refusing to accept payment from me to get my car. I spoke to the sheriff and they told me I could only pay in cash which does not give me any protection. I asked to pay with a check or money order and they are refusing. I still haven’t been able to see my car. The sheriff is now saying that they do not HAVE to show me my car despite it being under my name. This shop is owned by the sheriff I believe and they are operating illegally.
