The service was great. Although you suggested i get a new battery, $325. We have record cold the last 3 days, car started fine.. the battery is 1 year old. I do questions that recommendation. You detailed the vehicle (07 Lexus), looks new! I got a ride back to and from home while you had my car, much appreciated, thank you. The bids you gave me for other suggested repairs seemed high, but I dont have any comparisons bids yet. You did what you said you would do, and did it well. Thank you.

Friendly and knowledgeable shop. They take time to discuss and explain problems, and will help you make good decisions about the services you need. They have done very good work on our 3-series BMWs and on my 280ZX collector car.

Had to change my first appointment with them. They still got me right in. Great and thorough diagnostics, not pushy at all. Quoted me a price for the work, did a bit extra I feel but did NOT charge me more….all people were polite and helpful. Top notch. Could not have been more pleased.
