Crooks. If I could give 0 stars I would. First off, our family rented a large van for a 5 day vacation. They were very nice at first but when we returned the van he claimed that we destroyed the inside. First off, I had a gut feeling when we first got on to take pictures of the broken seatbelt hook which cut my sons leg (I have a picture) was going to let it slide & the ceiling fans didn’t have the covers to guide the air and the seats were stained but never thought that they would actually attempt to pin it on us. He is now attempted to charge us and is extremely rude, definitely not okay that he is trying to take advantage. We wish we would’ve looked at the reviews sooner because it seems that we all have a similar story. Wouldn’t doubt the good reviews being fake. Horrible experience.

We wanted to support local business rather than the chains at the airport. The price was right and the company was easy to work with. However, upon picking up the van, it was very beat up on the interior. There was a broken seat belt on the chair right at the door that cut a number of travelers when getting in. The seats and floors were stained, the A/C didn't work in the center rows and vents were missing covers. The exterior of the van was great and the van ran like a dream, but comfort was a compromise.

My front-end experience has been flawless. I have traveled to Hawaii now for about 20 years and have always rented from Alamo. This time I needed a large passenger van. A few clicks on their site and a few emails from Christine and my rental is reserved. I'll be writing a follow-up review outlining my airport pickup through my van drop-off at the end of my Oahu leg of the trip. Thanks Christine.

We rented a 15 passenger van and had a great experience. They are very professional and prices are very reasonable. The equipment was near new and accommodated our group perfectly. We had some change of plans and they were very willing to work with us! Thanks again!

Thank you again for the 15 seater van rental. ABC Rentals is much more affordable than the mainstream car rental companies and don’t add all those extra fees like most. Very straightforward daily rates. See you again next year! Our family had a blast!
