Manager Tomy Smith was awesome. To amazing care of me. I was in town for a fishing tournament. Being from Fort Worth Texas I didn’t have any of my battery paperwork to get warranty done. Timmy went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got me a new battery. Also the rest of staff was great they made sure and got the battery there from another location in a very timely manner. Thank y’all very much y’all have made my trip Shreveport so much better

Nate was such a great help to me. He was polite, a gentleman, and a great auto technician. He diagnosed my issue, recommended what I needed, and replaced it in a timely manner. I will definitely use him again.

Big Thanks to Nathan!!! Stopped in to see if y’all had plugs and wires for my 05 Chevy. I had no idea what I was looking for , but he took time and explained to me the different types of products you carried and which would be best for me to purchase. Thanks for all your help!!
