The salesperson was very helpful and professional, and I had a great experience on that side. Unfortunately, my experience with the finance department has been extremely disappointing. I have been trying to reach them for over two weeks, calling every 2–3 hours, and each time I am told they are in a meeting, short-staffed, or assisting another customer. I consistently leave voicemails and request callbacks, but I have never received a response. If not for the lack of communication from the finance department, my overall experience would have been excellent. However, as an existing customer attempting to make changes to my service, this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable.
