Lady at the desk communication skills suck. Horrible. Wasted my time driving 45 minutes in the snow. When I clearly ask her what was needed to rent the vehicle. And FYI business hours is 9amTo 5pm dont ever call my phone at 8am.
It was an excellent experience working with Heather. She was so personable, extremely patience in answering questions, and explaining options, I was impressed with her professionalism and it’s the caliber of staff like Heather that I will return for future rentals.
Really a hassle free rent. Christian was very knowledgeable and super helpful. Definitely the best place to rent a car in this whole area!
