Worst overall experience I’ve experienced in any industry. Process took 8 months Periods of one month with no contact Close to $20,000 bill Returned still broken twice and charged for towing delivery I finally had to show up with my manager and take the truck off the lot myself to have it serviced elsewhere. Don’t forget the truck was left unattended, unlocked, key in ignition. From there, received a second bill of $17,000 because the incorrect parts were addressed. Injectors had to be replaced a second time because they installed the incorrect ones. Not sure how they are a business. Don’t know how to communicate and apparently do their job. I beg anyone reading this to look to elsewhere for a diesel mechanic

One star because zero isnt an option. Abner was contacted on behalf of our roadside provided by Progressive. They accepted the tow and quoted us 30 min. When that 30 minutes became an hour and a half, we tried calling all of.them.numbers listed and inevitably it just disconnected. I then called roadside back and the dispatch company then gave my service rep the runaround, and stated that they were on their way. 30 minutes later..... I called the number listed again and got a dispatch person who took my number to give to the company so they could be in touch with me directly. Luckily, we had a second car and were not totally stranded in the freezing temperatures for much longer. Progressives roadside service people kept trying but to no avail. Promptly arrived at the roadside where we were stranded, loaded my truck quickly and carefully, dropped us off at the dealership without issue. It could not have gone smoother, I would definitely recommend this business for your towing needs

I was stranded on I-5 on my way home from work. They were prompt, friendly, and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car while we drove to my mechanics. They even took the time to help me put on my spare tire and try jumping it once we made it to my mechanics. Thank you so much! I greatly appreciate your help!
