Late review. I took in my car last year to see what was wrong with my car. They didnt upsell me or promise me anything. It was just the previous thermostat gasket i forgot to clean off that was causing an issue. They basically didnt charge me for it, thank you guys. The 2nd time i brought in my car was when my car really didnt run, this was months later.They diagnosed the problem for a very good price i couldnt do the repairs right away so i left with the car. The owner helped me find parts, i kept coming back and bugging him with questions but he was always patient and helpful never tried to pressure me into buying stuff or services. Case Automotive has the best customer service EVER. I had a conflicting schedule as a caregiver and they helped with pick up and delivery of vehicle. Always treated with respect. The mechanic always lets me know what needs to be done, cost and they are always fair. I recommend Case for your auto needs.

Ever since I’ve been goin here the integrity of the service has been great and high quality! Daniel and his team always comes through right on time and all the time and makes the time so you can get whatever fixed. This is like my 3rd oil change from them and always good service, going out there way to do do an inspection free of charge for leaks joint issue etc. . Just had my serpentine belt replace yesterday (January 23rd, 2026) and the mechanic did it so fast I was outta there within 20 minutes. A great show every time. Love the team at Case! I’ve been bringing my vehicles there for over a decade and will continue to do so. Pricing is always fair, the work is done in a reasonable timeframe, and, most importantly, they stand behind their repairs. It’s also a plus that Daniel is always willing to take a few minutes and explain exactly what is wrong and how that impacts the health of the entire vehicle. I’ve never felt like just a number at Case. Highly recommend!

My experience here was night and day compared to previous facilities I’ve worked with. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough showing me exactly what the issues were and explained things in terms that were easy to understand. I even got a refresher on how to successfully parallel park! I know my vehicle is in good hands with this team and I highly recommend them!
