Above and Beyond RV Repair LLC

Called directly from the Google listing, for service on our food trailer. Was confirmed that service could be performed, and scheduled an appointment. The tech came, checked a couple of things, and diagnosed our issue. Upon finishing the diagnosis, with no work completed, the tech hits me with the "service call fee" of $142.02. For absolutely 0% service completed. The woman on the phone spoke nothing of a "service call fee". I paid the kid, and fed him lunch. Sent him with a check, and called the office. I obviously didn't expect free diagnoses or anything, but $140 just for looking??? CRAZY. ZERO remorse, and a half passed apology. Thanks for all your help, Kaitlyn.

Definitely deserving of their name. We took our RV in for routine maintenance and said we wouldn't be needing it; not a big hurry. There are a lot of rigs lined up on their lot and we figured we'd be put in the queue. Couple days later, we got a call that everything was done. Shocked, I commented "really? THAT soon?" The work was well done. I wish this place had been around when we needed a major repair, several years ago. Taking it to (not naming the place) the only other close repair place, our rig ended up in the shop for *months.* If we should ever experience that kind of catastrophe again, I have a lot of faith that Above and Beyond will not put us through the kind of stress we suffered.

Phenomenal service all around! From the first phone call setting up an appointment to having the physical labor done. Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Their honesty and work ethic was impressive and left a positive impression on me. Would highly recommend.

They saved us really!! We called them from a rest stop needing immediate help as our wheel bearing overheated on our RV. They told us to bring her on in and as soon as we arrived they got her in a bay and raised up. They found the root problem and fixed everything, and the pricing was more than reasonable. They were so welcoming and professional. Now we can continue on our trip and have a great time. It wouldn’t have worked out without Above and Beyond. Thank you all so so much!!
