Luna & Son Tires

Came in for a tire patch amazing service. Quick and easy my fiancée needs her front end aligned we'll be going there to do that. Prices are great as well.

Went in to have 4 tires mounted. When they had my vehicle lifted it slid on the lift. None of the techs even offered to mention it to me even with me standing there and watching the whole thing. Now my vehicle leaks oil. Tried calling to speak to the manager but he never seems to be there. This shop has gone drastically downhill

It seems this place only really wants to sell tires and the occasional muffler. Signs say automotive repair BUT.. it really just depends on if the guy feels like it. Customers time and gas are irrelevant to them. Gotten run around too many times to attempt to go back. Quote you a price and time but when you show up you get blown off either something broke or mechanic sick this has happened multiple times over 4 years . .Just bad business

We had a flat tire while travelling to this area. We put our spare on the vehicle and completed our drive. We showed up at Luna & Sons, they greeted us and shortly took my vehicle in and mounted ed 2 new tires on my vehicle. Pleasant people to visit and do business with. The prices were excellent too. Thank You Mr Luna and employees for courtesy and service. You are a great asset to your community.

I showed up last Friday asking about an alignment. The guy behind the desk was half listening to me, like I did not matter, and told me he has 1 guy and that guy is busy for the rest of the day. I asked if I needed to make an appointment and he said "you think can be here Monday morning at 8?". I said yes and he replied "well just get here @ 8a Monday and we will get it done". I showed up at 7:50 and everything was open so I walked into the office. The same guy ignored me for 7min before he even acknowledged me. When I explained he told me to be here at 8a he rolled his eyes and told me the guy was already working on a car so it'd be a few hours. That fat, older man with gray hair has ZERO manners! Not only will I NEVER go there again but I will encourage anyone I meet to steer clear. I s
