This shop took great care of my car and any concerns with my insurance. The owner updated me every week about the status of my repair. The work speaks for itself and I'm so glad I took my car here.

Very happy with the work and service ABQ Collision provided. Very honest and thorough called to let me know about additional issue which could not be seen until bumper was removed( this is not unusual). They even brought the car to my house when finished. Came to Leroy after my 2024 Honda Civic got side-swiped while moving across the country. This resulted in dented wheel wells and completely shattered mirrors. Of course I was nervous leaving my car with someone while I continue my move. But Leroy was nothing but kind and extremely communicative. He respond to every email promptly, called me with updates on the repairs, and was accommodating while arranging a truck to ship my vehicle.

I moved cross-country in December, so I had to put getting my car fixed on hold for 6 months. Leroy, Maggie, and the rest of the team took amazing care of me after I moved here. They are as accommodating as possible, communicate well, and he treat their customers with compassion. I was skeptical that my car would ever look brand new again, but I was so wrong! They did a perfect job, and I’m so thankful!

From the moment we called ABQ collision and Maggie picked up the phone it felt like I was speaking to someone I already knew. We had been through quite an ordeal with Subaru already, and then with the insurance company. Maggie made us getting in so simple and easy. She was so nice and I already felt like my car was in excellent hands before it even got to the shop. The excellent service didn't stop there. Leroy walked us through every step and took it upon himself to go to bat for us with the insurance company. This business went above and beyond our expectations and made the entire nightmare we had been through so much easier. I got to shake Leroy's hand and tell him thank you.
