I would get call and text communication about my vehicle while in their possession I was always updated on the status of my vehicle which I appreciated! He has solved difficult-to-diagnose problems for us and kept our aging, but well loved, fleet on their wheels. I dropped my vehicle off to have work done. Ben was the gentleman that I’ve dealt with, don’t know if he’s the owner or what but he took off before bringing my vehicle into the his yard. Ben proceeded to call me later that afternoon stating that he could not find my keys. After multiple calls I decided to have a locksmith come open the vehicle to check for keys, no luck! Knowing the area this shop is located, I could not leave my vehicle in the street so I had to have a tow truck come deliver it to my house.Ben denied ever having the keys, but 2 days later he said he found them. Ben would not pay for the locksmith or tow because I did not leave my vehicle with him to be worked on. Can’t trust a guy like that who won’t take responsibility for his mistake. Do not bring your vehicle here. Up
