Abra did body work through an insurance claim. First, all the folks at the Abra office walked me through a process I knew nothing about. When I needed to reschedule, they were nonjudgmental and moved to plan B without a glitch. My vehicle also looks amazing inside and out! I strongly recommend Abra for your body shop needs! The price was all covered by insurance, so I was very pleased.

ABRA did a great job repairing my wife’s 4 Runner after it met it with a deer. ABRA got us set up for an appointment very quickly, they took photos and sent them off to my insurance company, and within a couple hours the insurance company had approved the claim, and Abra had already started ordering the parts. Mike got me in on a Monday and told me our vehicle will be ready Friday. The only problem is we had a wicked storm Friday and they didn’t get all the parts till Monday but he kept me informed of the process the whole time and his communication was excellent With me and the insurance company. Excellent Service! I had an accident and it took about 3 weeks for them to get the repair done. They were very communicative about the process every week and gave me peace of mind.
