ABRA Auto Body Watertown

My truck got hit and had pretty decent damage. The ABRA team was able to look at it and send the bid to insurance within about 1-2 business days. They also had a loaner vehicle available upon request. It took about two weeks to get the truck back but it looks great again.

Something from a Simi hit me a few weeks ago and Abra got me in through my insurance super quick! The second I got my car into the shop they gave me a loaner, which unfortunately someone hit me in and they were so understanding and great through the whole process, it doesn’t sound like much but Watertown Ford has been awful customer service before with me being a woman and 21 years old. I had two minor problems the same day of pickup and they fixed them immediately, I couldn’t have worked with greater people to fix my up. Choose Abra, I’ve never been more happy with vehicle repairs!

Brett was fantastic to work with. He took great care of my car at the body shop and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Everyone else was super friendly as well — overall an awesome place. Highly recommend!

I had my Chevy Traverse in for some body work and they did a great job on it. And, they got it done faster than they said they would. I'm very happy with the experience.
