I’ve had two vehicles serviced here. The first time, the front desk staff was very welcoming, and the technician I worked with was excellent—helpful and communicative throughout the process. A year later, however, my experience was different. The front desk interaction was less friendly, and my service visit was somewhat disorganized. Part of the issue seemed to be waiting on Ford service for my truck, which was compounded by a lack of communication. I was disappointed that I didn’t receive my truck at the promised time and had to use a loaner. Additionally, I had to call for updates instead of being proactively informed. I understand that the recent hailstorm and an adjuster being in town added extra pressure, but ultimately, the customer experience should remain a priority.

They work with insurance. Fixed my car like new. Took awhile but looks like new. Everyone is nice.

Had a freak situation and the staff were very helpful and were able to quickly fix my problem!! Highly recommend :)

They worked directly with the insurance company to get all the damage repaired quickly so I didn't have to hassle with any of it. They also discovered another issue with the air bag and quoted a price. After the repair to the air bag, it was over $100 cheaper than expected. The staff was helpful and genuinely cared that my family was taken care of.
