I had a great experience with ABS Unlimited Auto Repair. They were responsive to my inquiry and accommodating to my schedule needs. They shared the details of their inspection of my car and communicated with me throughout the service, and their billing process was very transparent. They offer complimentary ride to and from the location, and the owner and staff are friendly and professional. Having just moved to VA, I was relieved to find a place that could help me with my state inspection and get me on my feet. I will be calling them again if I need help in the future.

I had my car towed to ABS - referred by AAA - after I was forced to drive into a bank of “snowcrete,” which ripped out my wheel well and some trim. Not major damage but not driveable as parts were dragging on the ground. When I spoke to Matt, he noted that while not a body shop, because there was no damage to the paint or body, they could likely fix it. And they did! In one day. When they called to let me know it was ready they offered to pick me up if I didn’t have a ride already. Because ABS fixed it so quickly, I didn’t even need a rental car and back in business!

I've had very positive experiences here so far with three different cars. Very easy to schedule and then clear communication about recommended repairs and options to choose what you want. Work done quickly and finished when expected. Super nice people, well run shop, and they got me a ride for drop off and pick up. Happy customer!

They took the time to explain what my car needed without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this one exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, quality service!

During this past January winter snow storm my car decided to break down. I went to the local shop I had gone to prior explaining that more than likely I needed a new alternator. The shop literally refilled my power steering fluid, barely recharged my battery, and sent me on my way. Only for the next day to be less than 10° degrees and my car to completely die on me. Luckily I got a new battery, installed it, and found my way to ABS. I absolutely love supporting local and was immensely disappointed in the prior shop to have acted with such dishonesty especially since I've frequented them before. They not only left me stranded and not fixed my car but charged me $20 for what was probably a few ounces of power steering fluid. So happening upon ABS was great. They did a full diagnostic which i
