Absolute Collision of Rocky Mount LLC

I used Absolute Collision after hitting a deer with my 2023 Chevy Equinox. Absolute Collision not only did a great job of repairing my car, but they excelled in both their communication with my insurance company and I. I highly recommend their services!

I cannot say enough good things about this place.... When you have an accident and you are very upset you just need some re-assurance it will all be ok and that is exactly what Tommy at this location did for me. Kind and so respectable. And the guy who cleaned my car before I picked it up, you did an awesome job. The car repair looked so good... clean place !!!! All around I rate them a 10 out of 10 :-)

Absolute Collision is my insurance provider's choice for body repair and provided high quality service after an accident. The repair coordinator communicated with my insurance company and arranged for towing right away, saving me the hassle. He kept me informed of the work on my vehicle every step of the way and ensured the parts and work was top notch. Another plus, my interior was thoroughly detailed and appeared better than when I drove it off the dealership lot. All of the staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Impressive for a newly opened establishment.

I definitely recommend Absolute Collision of Rocky Mount. They provided excellent customer service, the communication was clear from beginning to end, and they were so patient with my questions and stress. They got my vehicle back to 100% as quickly as possible.

I just picked up my car that they repaired and they did an awesome job. You can’t tell it was ever damaged. Everyone there was super nice, thanks Mike. I would highly recommend them for any body work you may need. Also got it back cleaner than when I left it!! Thanks again guys for a job well done!👍🏼👍🏼
