Absolutely wonderful to do business with! Tim Cook came through for me a couple of times as well as his former employee, Matt. They are one of the few towing companies that do not overcharge. In fact, they show empathy, compassion, fairness and professionalism. All of this was extremely appreciated, especially during a time when your vehicle is giving you problems. I recommend giving them a call when you need a tow. A couple of times they definitely went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.And assistance. Once they helped me look for a part trying to save me the cost of a tow and another time they provided administrative help. They were awesome. During the latest snow storm a few cars slid off the road on the same ice patch. We were 20 miles outside of town, we called other people to help and the other five turned us down. Cooke sent two trucks and got us out and at a fair price
