I would've given more stars but apparently this business doesn't want money. It shows they are supposed to open at 9 and I waited until 9:15 and drove over to Go Green. With a business model like this, you are guaranteed to send customers elsewhere.

I had a disappointing experience at this emissions testing location. The attendant, who was wearing a Gwinnett County Public Schools jacket, displayed unprofessional behavior. When I greeted her, she didn't respond, which wasn't a major concern initially. However, when she instructed me to pull closer to the machine and I asked if I was positioned correctly, her response was dismissive, asking, 'Am I still waving my hand?' Due to this poor customer service, I decided to leave without completing my emissions test. Since most of us only get emissions tests once a year, attendants should be more patient with customers who may not be familiar with the exact positioning of the vehicle. Although I needed this service today, I prefer to visit a location where customers are treated with respect.

Very quick and professional service! My first time needing an emmisions test done here in Georgia (I'm from NY/NJ), and, Yannis, was so helpful and pleassnt to meet. I'll definitely be back next year!

They get you in and out with your emissions. The service was very quick and clean place.
