Absolute Towing

One of your drivers blocked me in a business for over 45 minutes today. To tow. A. Bike. He was clearly messed up and I didn’t enjoy his tone (I’m sure he didn’t mine at that point) and I’d NEVER recommend your business if this is who you employ.

Very reasonable prices for services they provide, I was quoted 250.00 from another company in Columbia and waited over 2 hours they didn’t show up, called Absolute their driver arrived within 45 minutes and only charged me $150.00. The other folks bashing this company had their car impounded from not following rules period. It doesn’t matter if you live in the apartment complex or not you must have a visible decal in your window and valid tags if not your car will be towed at their request. Thanks Absolute for helping us out in on time of needs.

These people are rip offs. They towed my car while I was at work because someone that they knew called them and told them to tow my car while I was at work. My company even tried to get my car back and they said they only took cash to release it but I could wait until the next day but it would be a extra $40 dollars for storage and they knew I was at work.

Pure scammers!! Towed my daughter’s car from her apartment complex, SAGA Columbia, stating that the car was taking up two parking spaces. It was not. The car beside her was over the line causing her to have to park on the line of her space. However, her car was towed and the other car was not. Towing company had no proof to show the car was taking up two spaces. Apartment complex claims they have no control over towing but continues to allow the tow trucks to enter their gated parking garage! Ridiculous! Definitely getting reported to the BBB today.

I waited to be towed after BMW was immovable due to low coolant. I was able to call and communicate easily!!! The estimated time was correct, about an hour. Thank you for taking care of my car & getting me to a safe place.
