DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I took my car here for a routine state inspection, and the inspector CRASHED my car?! He didn't tell us until almost an hour after he took our keys that he crashed our car, never finished our inspection, almost refused to refund the inspection cost, gave us a fake business insurance paper... just steer clear, your money is better spent elsewhere.

I had an appointment but no one was in the office at the time I was scheduled. I waited 15 minutes. Called the office number and knocked on shop door several times (could hear people on the other side) Finally someone came and asked if they could help me. I said, yes, I had an appointment. He looked disgusted and shook his head and without saying another word, went back in shop and closed the door. I stood there for a while and finally decided to just leave. Absolutely NO customer service or courtesy!

Great place for Maryland state inspections, large variety of services if you're car fails so it should be able to be fixed here. Good service, usually not to long of a wait time depending. Sometimes they take you're car for test drives without asking which is a little upsetting when I could hear them grinding my gears and flooring my car. Aside from that everything was great
