AC Towing & Transport

Wow, this company & their driver made a terrible day so much more manageable. A collision is scary, but I was very comforted by the incredibly fast response time, the confidence & the expertise displayed. Things felt competently handled so that I was able to focus on details relevant to healing & repair. Clerks in the office were just as friendly & efficient. Every driver I encountered in the yard was helpful even answering questions about what I might expect once my vehicle headed for repair.

AC towing helped us out of a tough spot. Super quick, punctual, professional, and the drivers were prepared. they took the time to spot the car as it drove onto the flatbed and had ramps to make sure the front bumper cleared.

I thought for sure Ricky with AC Towing would see the challenge and turn around leaving my family at a Tahoe rental cabin for days while the ice melted - not a good option for my family. He perservered and with great effort and about 100 ft of cable our vehicle (an Excursion with gelled diesel) made it home that night to Sac area. We could not be happier with Ricky and AC Towing. They saved the Amazon man from a VERY SKETCHY situation on my property. Super nice knowledgeable guys- they made the right calls and took the necessary steps to get the job done right, no mistakes. In the end the Amazon truck drove off with barely a scratch, almost a miracle if you ask me.

Whoever was at the intersection of Motherlode and Pleasant Valley last night around 6:20pm-6:24pm almost t-boned my car because they weren’t paying attention. Your job is to drive if you can’t do that you’re in the wrong business buddy. Do better!
