My car was hit and had to have it repaired. I called Acadiana Dort and they set up an appointment for me to bring the car to be repaired. And they did a great job in the text me when the car was ready to be picked up and it was in a timely manner. Good job

Had my truck repaired with them after an accident. It's a business you hope you never have to need, but I needed them and they made the process easy. Shout out to Mr Matthew for all the help.

Insurance claim went through this company. While using them for the body work it was done at a fast manner. Informed them about noise from my vehicle. They stated it was most likely from wear and tear. I informed them it has to be accident related due to me not having the noise present until after the accident. They refused to check it for two weeks and tried to say it was because of me . Finally got the insurance to speak with them about it and if it was from wear and tear it was my fault. I told them the damage occurred on the right side of mtg vehicle so that’s where the most damage would be. They stated that the damage on the vehicle for even on both sides and I would have to pay the diagnostic of my vehicle thAt was charged $140. After check out I had to ask for documents to see what
