Extremely fantastic company. I had them pick a boat I purchased from a local auction house and they delt with the transfer from the auctions lot to their lot. I picked the boat up several weeks later. As I was loading the boat onto my car, I noticed that my car had a flat tire. The owner of the shop plugged the tire on a Sunday afternoon and I was ready to go. Very nice of them to do this! I would recommend them to anyone for any kind of business needed done!

I have a little KinderCare school bus that I use for a doggie daycare bus and Chris and the team at the New London shop and the Greenville shop have me back on the road!

I have a ford fiesta 2012 I took there since I needed it towed and seen it had pretty good ratings this place absolutely sucks they had my car for a month now they were only supposed to fix one thing that turned into multiple little things that I really think they messed up they broke a valve on my engine by using a broken tool. I planned a trip that I can no longer take that I took off for 2 weeks ago thinking the car would be fixed still nothing. My car was recently in New London to Greenville and now some other shop because of the valve that I won’t get back anytime soon definitely asking for a price reduction I won’t even feel safe in my own car I will never go back!!!

Took my 2001 F250 in to get new ball joints. I asked if they’ve done F250 4x4’s before. The mechanic said yes, he used to work at the Ford dealership in town. They gave me a price and I brought it in later. When I came to pick it up they only did one side and charged more than half the estimate which was for both sides. They said one side didn’t need to be done. I brought it home, crawled underneath to find the new ball joint grease fitting snapped off. Anyone that has done this job before knows you have to remove it or it will snap off within one rotation of the wheel. I went right back and complained and they ended up doing the job again. Picked it up and then found my driver door had a new chipped-off paint spot (most likely from the jack handle). I took it back again and showed them. T

Brought 2 of my vehicles here for general maintenance and was met with kind, courteous and friendly staff. Mechanics were both very friendly upon both of my visits, the fella in the front office was extremely kind and also went over all the findings with me. It was refreshing to come in and talk to someone who explained everything in detail and didn't just hand me a bill without a knowledgeable reason behind it. Reasonable pricing and quick service. I even contacted them for other services needed , they offering towing as well. Towing was also reasonable and if needed the repairs could get completed by the shop on site no need to deal with a second party! Thank you Accel Auto, you have a repeat customer!
