I am so happy to have these guys in New London! They have been beyond friendly and helpful to me. I was stuck across the street at Taco Bell when my car would not start. I called and asked if they would be willing to come across the street to start my battery so that I could take my car to the store for them to check. Without hesitation, he (I did not get his name, but it might have been the manager) brought the jump box to start my car and I was able to get to the store. They changed my battery within minutes. Noah and Chris were fantastic employees who made sure that my car started before I left. They deserve a raise. I am thrilled to see this kind of customer service in a society that does not have that anymore. Thank you!

I have been a regular customer for the last year and a half & let me tell you- Peter is the best guy at your store! He has always been very helpful and kind!! I hope you share the same gratitude with him as well, as I do not have a clue how that store would still be open without him!

Got to the store 5 minutes before close and the guy was visibly annoyed and upset. Definitely not a customer first mindset from that individual.

Very friendly and helpful workers there i will be back.
