I went to their shop for a windshield replacement, and everything from start to finish was seamless. The staff was welcoming, professional, and got me checked in right away. The technician did an excellent job—my new windshield looks perfect, and the quality of the work really shows. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and before I knew it, my car was ready. They even took the time to explain everything and made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. It’s rare these days to find a place that combines expertise with such genuine customer care. Absolutely incredible, family owned business. The entire experience was amazing. We contacted New Year’s Day after our window shattered and they were available out of holiday hours (thank you Jess) unlike other places and they are all so friendly and personable, offering coffee and water as well as fitting us in last minute. The window was replaced and wrapped incredibly quickly and they did a fantastic job, even going as far as hoovering up the glass in the car for us, which was so lovely. Definitely the company to choose for anything to do with your car. Thank you guys so much.

They skipped me in line! They took a person who came in after me and with no appointment. Not good customer service. I left, not cool at all. Going to pay more for Safelite to come to my house.

Our car had damage from a parish vehicle, and we got it replaced here. Excellent service and a great installation of the new windshield. Job was done within the estimated time and at the scheduled time and date!
