Accurate Auto of Tigard

I have a vintage 2008 BMW Z4. I’ve use Accurate Auto of Tigard twice. They are an easy shop to book with. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are very competitive. I will use them for all my future Z4 routine scheduled maintenance and repairs. Happy customer.

An unexpected breakdown resulted in a tow to Accurate Auto -- a shop I had no history with. Ryan in the front office was very helpful and accommodating of a "drop in" customer. They discovered the problem and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price. Good communication, too! I definitely will consider Accurate Auto for future repair needs. Thanks, all!

Accurate Auto of Tigard up-charges by thousands. We were visiting Tigard from out of state when the powered steering in our car broke down. We went to accurate auto to get it fixed and they said it would be $3000 for the repair with 2 months back order for the part, and it was $179 for the inspection alone. We decided to wait and went to our mechanic back home who not only does inspections for free, but his quote for the repair was $850, maybe $1100, with 3 day delivery for the part.

My partner and I were shopping for a new used vehicle, so we brought it into Accurate Auto for a pre-purchase inspection. I was pleased with the inspection report, which was easy to understand, and the staff were accommodating when I had follow-up questions. I sincerely believe in the quality of the inspection and we leveraged the results in our negotiations with the dealership when closing on the vehicle. My one critique is that both the cost of the inspection itself and the estimates for some of the proposed repair work were on the higher end. I'm not knowledgeable enough to say whether the prices are fair for the current market or not, but it's more than I paid for similar services in years past. Accurate Auto Tigard was great. Ryan was very knowledgeable. They did everything they said they would. The service was timely, the loaner car was a plus and the final bill was less than the estimate. I highly recommend them!
