Great shop. I have a 2016 F-150 2.7l ecoboost and the engine was having problems. I'm an at home mechanic and I couldn't freaking figure it out. These guys knew exactly what was wrong with it despite me thinking I was going to be dragged over the coals for weeks of diagnostic. They figured it out the same day. Real competent crew that you can trust with the correct work getting done, and getting done right. Real friendly honest staff as well..

I last minute googles nearest shop because my car light was flashing. We are headed from Tacoma to Redding Ca because my dad is in hospice and I am so thankful for the service manager Katie and her technicians Conrad and Noah. They gave us piece of mind and got us back on the road. I recommend this place 150% times. Truly professional, kind and compassionate service.

I was calling around looking for a mechanic while I am down in Wilsonville for work and stumbled across Accurate Auto. Both people I talked to on the phone (before I even said I was going to choose them) were incredibly helpful and kind. They gave me good (and accurate) estimates on costs and were able to take my car in the next morning. The (free) loaner I had for 1.5 days was clean and ran well. They did a fantastic job on my repairs and updated me throughout the day if parts were delayed or they found other issues that may need to be addressed in the future. They didn’t pressure me to get additional services done and in the end, I paid the price that was given to me when I dropped my car off, no surprise feed or add-ons. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They communicated with me and provided a comprehensive list of repairs that were recommended for my vehicle so that I could decide what I wanted done versus the pressure I normally get from the dealership. The work was done in a timely manner so I wasn’t without my vehicle for an extended period of time. I highly recommend these guys if you are tired of the dealership experience or just need an honest mechanic.

I had a great experience with Accurate Auto of Wilsonville. I came in because my car needed a new battery and a motor starter- they even suggested a tow company that got to my vehicle in under an hour. That alone saved me a ton of time and frustration. From start to finish the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Once my car arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I asked a lot of questions and never once felt rushed or dismissed. Everything was explained clearly, and the pricing was fair and affordable. A special shoutout to Katie, who was extremely helpful and made the whole experience a positive one.
