Jiffy Lube Oil Change and Multicare

If there was an option for negative stars I’d give it! These guys are terrible at their jobs, rude, and liars. I received an oil change that was done incorrectly. They forgot to put the seal/gasket on. I realized their mistake because of the oil in my driveway, street, and at my work parking spot. Oil leaking everywhere. I brought it back they first admitted to their mistake, then pretended the brand new oil filter was bad. First lie. I assumed that was the end of it… a couple days later the heavy aluminum plate to protect the undercarriage (they removed it), fell off and was hanging scraping loosely. These guys really know their stuff. Just had my car inspected and oil changed at the Wilsonville jiffy lube. The customer service is top notch. Thanks to Devon and Austin for treating me with respect and kindness. Sometimes guys might think girls are not familiar with cars so this was a pleasant departure. I just bought this car (used) and Nick had a plethora of knowledge and personally went over some of the things that could use some work and let me know what's good on my car. It's such a relief to know that I can go to Wilsonville jiffy lube and it's like they're old friends that have your back. From the efficiency (they completed the job in great time) to the professionalism as well as the customer service. I will be going here for now on for all my car needs. Thanks guys!

I recently had an oil change at another company and my car issued a low oil pressure light. I stopped into jiffy thinking I'd just get a new oil change, and the other company somehow gave me a faulty or installed my oil filter incorrectly. Kyle was amazing and not only informed me of the potential sensor issue, he showed me where I could be having a leak. I highly recommend going to Jiffy Lube and ask for Kyle, he'll take great care of your vehicle!

I got my front brakes and rotars done. Oil change done. Amazing service Nick and Jerry were amazing, fantastic customer service. Even went beyond as they found some bolts lose on my air flow and tightened them for me. Thank you again Nick and Jerry. Highly recommend
