my old lx got a hydraulic suspension leak, tired of the dealer crazy price, so call accurate and tbh I wasn't sure if they see enough lx with this problem, but they are very professional and ended up fixing it costing 25% of the dealer quote and they use the OEM parts! The car runs like new now. Also you cannot find a better customer service anywhere else, very professional and honest, timely communication, don't see myself going anywhere else

Brandon was awesome. I brought my car in for a standard transmission fluid change and asked him to check for a rattling in the front tires while I was there. Turns out my steering rack had failed at less than 60,000 miles! Brandon gave me an estimate and truly excellent advice. Due to the premature failure and my desire to get help from the corporate office, I ended up getting the car fixed at the dealership — but Brandon's helpful nature and advice were a goldmine on a stressful day. You can also tell he treats everyone the same — I'm always on the lookout for the "little lady" stuff, and there's none of that here. They respect you like a human being here.
