Bob's Collision Center

Bob helped me remotely when my son's car was in an accident at Fairfield U. Gave some good advice on repair vs. scrapping it based on pictures. I appreciate that he took the time to consider my issue even though he may not have been getting work out of it. While I can't vouch for his workmanship, I'd consider Bob a good businessman!

Bobs collision is a model Body shop of which all body shops can learn from. From the estimate to the final product customer service was A1. They do excellent and honest work. Last time I was at a different body shop in Faifield Ct. I had to bring my car back 5 times to get every thing done right. It is extremely hard to find any honesty in auto body and mechanic shops. Bob does not cut corners and guarantees his finished product. I would definatley recommend any one and everyone to use Bob's Collison for any of their car or truck body needs.

This is the second time I've brought a vehicle to Bob's for repairs. The first time was a few years back when a deer ran in front of my SUV and the front end was damaged. Last week I brought my vehicle in to be repaired after sideswiping a mailbox door that caused a small dent and deep scratches. Both times I was so pleased with the work on my car. Bob handled the interaction with my insurance company and fit the repairs into his schedule the same week so my car rental days were less than I expected. He is very professional and kept me informed every step of the way regardless of how busy he was. The work was superb and I would highly recommend Bob's Collision.
