In the market for a used vehicle this is the place. We were looking for a used car and after looking at the big dealers we could not come to terms on price . Then we saw the add for Accurate Automotive and found the exact vehicle that we wanted and was greeted by salesman Eddie who opened up the car along with a test drive. No pressure on the sale or pricing. James the sales manager negotiated the price that we were looking for along with all the important information like a carfax and service work performed by the technician in their shop. I purchased my Jeep from this dealership and have had ongoing issues since. I had to bring the vehicle back due to a death wobble, and during that visit I also pointed out that the steering wheel was off-center while driving straight and was told an alignment would correct it. When I picked up the vehicle, the steering wheel was still not straight. I called immediately and was told to turn around and bring it back, which I did. Despite that, I was once again given the vehicle back with the steering wheel still off-center. When I raised the concern again, I was told that the technician said “Jeeps are just like that,” which is simply not true. This is my second Jeep, and my previous one did not drive this way—especially not after an alignment. I left feeling dismissed rather than listene
