Every so often you encounter a business that truly goes ABOVE + BEYOND...not just because they are getting paid....but because you can tell that they actually CARE! That is what you will find with Casey and his team at Accurate Northwest. We had multiple incidents with my teen daughter's car due to others backing into it in various parking lots. There were two claims and two insurance companies involved. Casey and the office staff made the process smooth, easy and provided frequent updates to me during the timely repairs. Accurate Northwest has been our go-to since I was a kid (many locals remember them as “Vern’s”). We recently had some light body work done and had a great experience. Casey gave us a tour — the shop was spotless and organized, and the entire team was incredibly friendly. I especially loved seeing how many young people they’re mentoring. That says a lot about their values. They even washed my car before giving it back. While I hope I don’t need body work again anytime soon, I highly recommend them to anyone who does.

I unfortunately hit a deer in my 2024 Camry and took it to Accurate. They never disappoint. They are super easy to deal with, keep great communication and do amazing work. My car looks brand new again. I will always highly recommend them

Wow, I didn't expect THAT! not only did Accurate fix my SUV in less time than anticipated, they completely washed & waxed the exterior & detailed the whole interior from front to back! When I got home I called to tell them I had a problem with the car: I was ashamed to drive such a clean car in the rain! :-) I'm sure glad I picked Accurate Northwest Auto Body for their service!
