Why why why why can't I give 12 stars or even more Google, WHY. I WOULD IF I COULD. These guys fixed my radiator after I hit a deer, I'm from California and randomly chose them while in the area. Not only did they fix my radiator and put a fresh one in, but my frame was bending and cutting into the radiator area and they bent the frame back in place for the new one, see photos attached. Even the bumper was coming off and wasn't gonna stick back but they found a way to reattach it. They gave tons of helpful advice that they didn't have to on many other aspects of the car and were super friendly like most folks here in Idaho. But here's where it gets real: Get this: They quoted me for $875, $600 radiator and $275 labor, and said it'd be ready in about 2 or 3 days and I was like, ya that's re

We started out using Al for my Expedition, ALWAYS took care of her. Then came our daughters car aka the money pit. They've always taken care of us, saving us money along the way making sure our precious cargo (the grands & our daughter) are safe. We will NEVER go anywhere else. Knowledgeable and honest, and don't get me started on Sheryl, she is fabulous and knows her stuff! We feel like we're family and know we're always taken care of.

Al Wilson Auto Repair did an excellent job fixing so many things wrong with our van (brakes, struts, rotors, calipers) on short notice and under budget! And Sheryl, the office manager, is one of the nicest people we’ve met in Bonners Ferry. 10/10 would recommend.

I am beyond happy with their services. I was in a pinch because our heating went out and the dealership was going to make us wait before they could get us in and Al's was so understanding and was able to fit me in without an appointment. Will be making appointments from now on there!

Oh my gosh, can’t give these guys enough stars of appreciation!!! We are traveling and are very far from home when our truck started with a random leak. We pulled into their garage right at opening time, and they were super helpful & kind to our situation!!! They worked us in right away, to diagnose it and had us on our way within 45 min!! They were knowledgeable and professional and we’re profoundly grateful for their quick help!!
