Accurate Smog

Hands-down, the best and friendliest person I've ever worked with at a smog inspection site. I've gone there now for 3 times over the years. Sasan is hard-working, happy to help, always smiling, and works as quickly as possible. I see the negative reviews are from people whose vehicles didn't pass the test. That's not his fault; you are responsible for your vehicle and any repairs needed. He is not going to pass you if your vehicle is polluting, he is an honest, good man. Don't blame the messenger. He always is smiling, he is not smirking, he is a gentle soul and that is who he is. The reality is that it's a very small 1-car stall in the back behind the oil change location. I had to get the smog test certification for my car renewal registration. I decided to go to the same smog test shop which I went there two years ago. This shop is the backside of other automotive shops. Since I went there in the morning there weren't any people. When I arrived there, one techinctation who worked They remembered me from two years ago. He was very professional & attentive person. He greeted me with a great smile. I told him that I had come back to his shop. Then, I had to wait for the Smog inspection so I walked around the place. I walked around the areas. They had many automotive repair shops inside of the lot. After that, I went back to the smog test shop. When I got there my car was already done with the inspection & it was ready to go. I spent approximately an hour and a half waiting this morning for a smog check. After pulling into the smog check area a man who had been waiting less time was able to get ahead in line because he had walked inside instead of bringing his car in. I didn’t mind as much because I had time. However, for the inspection I was told that there was a modification on oxygen sensor. Due to this my car did not pass the smog. I took it to a mechanic right after and was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. I then took it to another smog and it passed. Looking back at it, it may have been due to me being a pregnant Woman with not the best looking car that caused the inspector to fail the test instead of having a liable reason. Luckily he didn’t make me pay though.

Highly-qualified and recommended. Fast, gentle and easy service. The whole paperwork and test is about 30 minutes and you're done. Enjoy your visit!

My truck needed a smog and I normally call to make appointment but the guy said to me " Harry come on down, I am waiting for you " that is what you called great customer services.
