As someone who relies on trucks for business, having a reliable transmission and repair shop is critical. These guys have worked on my personal truck as well as several trucks in my fleet, and every experience has been excellent. I don't typically leave reviews, but the service I received here was so exceptional that I felt compelled to write my very first Google review. From the moment I called, I was treated with genuine care and respect. The staff were incredibly patient with all my questions and never once made me feel rushed or like I was being upsold. The work itself was completed professionally and on schedule. But beyond the technical expertise, it was their empathy and willingness to go above and beyond that made the difference. They truly understood the stress of car troubles and made the entire process as painless as possible. This is the gold standard of customer service that seems so rare these days. Had work done. My transmission only got 35 40,000 miles out of it. I don’t tow anything ever. I put dirt bikes in the back of my truck but who doesn’t and 40,000 miles later catastrophic failure inside

Excellent service rebuilt my 1990 suburban transmission & pulls my boat like A champion no complaints. """"Update """ I've put 20,000 mi towing in 115° heat transmission still pulling strong...... So why not take my Yukon Denali so they could flush my transmission?? I don't know if it's in my head but she seems to be gripping and shifting smoother than ever... Excellent customer service and same day turnaround ❤️
