Hands down the best customer service that I have ever dealt with from any auto parts store. They where attentive, went far and beyond out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Made sure I had all parts and everything to do the job. Would definitely go back to this store if I had any future automotive needs. Being a customer at the store was truly like a breath of fresh air. So hard to find nowadays!!!!!

Service here is great!! Maurice who helped me was exceptional and a great guy! He got the parts I needed and was willing to even give me Early Access in the morning because he knew I was stranded and needed the part as soon as possible I would definitely recommend! They bend over backwards and go the extra mile for sure! Thank you so much!

Went in for a oil filter, gave her the engine type I needed a filter for and she told me she needed to know what the engine went on for her to know what filter I needed. I literally looked up the engine on my phone and found the filter it takes. Why she couldn't do that is beyond me. Always rude and looks at me like I'm crazy

They helped me order a battery for my yaris and had it in stock.. very helpful knowledgeable, family oriented, and friendly!! I will for sure be back to purchase more parts for my husband new car that he plans to customize soon!!

Went to car quest for windshield wipers. I bought for my new used car. Therapy was very good at her job. Even put them on my car. I'm not Mrs goodwrench and she helped me out. The wrappers were cheaper than Walmart. WOW!
