Ace Auto Wash

Their front roller brush malfunctioned while I was trying to get my car wash, broke my front grill, lifted my hood out of alignment, and left a big dent in my hood. They pretty much told me they couldn't do anything about it and it's my problem. Would not recommend this car wash.

Their sign says $17 for the best wash once you get to the pay screen they randomly raised the price to $20 and your car still comes out covered in dirt , I will not be going back there

Signed up for the membership, drive around to members only line the next day and surprise, there's no spot to enter my phone number, no app or customer support. Stuck paying again for something I already bought because now there's a line behind me and a gate in front. Called to try to get any assistance and they said we sold to Jax and to call them instead.. Also the actual wash didn't even clean my entire vehicle.. avoid this garbage.

Cleans nearly your entire vehicle!!! I’ve noticed this was happening to my F150. Finally remembered to snap a photo. If you go here, check your right tailgate/trunk area. It will look like this, if they don’t get to it first with the towel guy. Mustang has the same problem there, too. Same spot. Cannot go higher than a 2 out of 5, when the entire car cannot be cleaned at the Clinton Township Gratiot location.

Careful. They will place the monthly membership sticker on the inside of your windshield… On top of any tint that you have. If you ever need to remove this sticker, it will destroy your tint job.
