Good service. They kept me informed while I waited. Service Team was super nice. They assisted me in the past when I needed them. It was a little expensive at over $200 for a diagnostic test, in my opinion. But that's dealership service everywhere.

If you’re getting your car serviced just know you will be there for a while. So if you are in a rush or have no patience this isn’t the place for you. Overall service is okay. Not great but not the worst either.

Absolute terrible customer service they do not care about the customer only about how much money they can make. Through my paperwork back at me after I asked for the manager's name.

After using another Ford service provider, Ace Ford was like a breath of fresh air. Justin was great at keeping me updated and followed through so that my vehicle was in working order.

We took our daughter's 2014 Ford Focus in for service last month. The "check engine light" was on and it was occasionally shuddering. Specific transmission hardware and parts are covered under extended warranty. We were immediately told by one of the technicians that the part may not be covered, but they would run diagnostics and follow-up with us. Later that day, a technician called to advise that the car needed a new transmission and it was not covered by the extended warranty. Needless to say, we were flabbergasted! After 2 days of back and forth conversations with 2 different technicians, who only gave us 2 options - (1) new transmission, or (2) transmission overhaul - we decided to take the car to another Ford dealership for a second opinion. The 2nd Ford dealership immediatel
