From start to finish I had a wonderful experience with Ace and the shop owner Jerry. I have a 2024 Hyundai Elantra N that was hit on the driver side door and left some gnarly damage and scratches on the car's exterior. I reached out to Jerry around the Thanksgiving holiday and he was prompt and respectful when communicating the probable costs associated with repairing and matching the car's unique paint color. The paint matching was flawless, and the driver side door always looked great upon pick up. What I appreciate most is their great communication and fair pricing. There was a slight delay with getting the car back, but that wasn't unexpected given the holiday timing. Jerry took care of all my SUVs. He did excellent job on my pick up truck bed liner and detailing. On my Explorer: he did the matching color on front bumper and the infamous cracking tailgate panel. 2 years later a lady hit my SuV so he did the driver door panel. Everything matches with the original, 1st repair job and 2nd repair job. Oh my Tacoma, he did the Rhino liners for the bed.
