Ace Parker Tire

I needed an oil change. Decided to try them out. Definitely got my car done in a timely manner and a very decent price. Definitely recommend anyone to bring their car for maintenance to Ace Parker.

Just got my car service at this location after i was told that i needed a lot of work done on my car by the mechanic at Firestone. Just for confirmation the tech at Ace parker checked all of my concerns and to find out, he assured me that all of the issues that i was told i had by the Firestone tech was a lie and that i only really needed 2 issues done instead of 6. I was so happy that he was honest with me and he save me thousands of dollars. If u need good quality service, friendly honest people and reasonable prices please go to Ace Parker for sure! They get the job 👍👍and that young lady that is at the service desk was very pleasant, very good customer service ! So go check them out! U wont b disappointed!

Recently just moved to Sumter and purchased a new car. My experience today with Ace Parker was amazing. I went to get my tires put on new wheels for my vehicle but the back tires would not fit. One of the owners ( I believe his name was Arthur) drove me to multiple car parts places to find spacers to get the wheels to fit. After 6 stops, we were able to find the right size for my car. Thank you Arthur for driving me around in the rain and the fellow tech that worked with me to get it working! I will be coming back. Thanks!

After using them for years, the last two times have been a disaster. The last time I took my wife's car it was because we were headed out for vacation. We got to Georgia when we got a flat. The front left tire had the wire showing through. This tells me they didn't look at the tires. This time I took my vehicle in and was told “I looked it up and high mileage blend is recommended.” I have 200k miles. After 1.5 hours later (the place was dead and they took it right in) I noticed I received the lowest grade. I wasted $42 bucks and nearly two hours of my life.
