ACE Rent A Car

The shuttle service to get to the rental place from MSP took longer than expected- one of the hotel shuttle drivers informed everyone waiting for shuttles that traffic was so messed up from construction that 5 minute routes were taking 45+. So I think my inbound experience was an exception & not standard. Once at Ace service was quick and professional. I got the cheapest available option when booking and was given a brand new Subaru. The car was great, check in and out was easy. The shuttle guys are super friendly and informative. My only complaint was getting there - but after knowing that was 100% not their fault 10/10 would recommend.

One of the best rental experiences I've ever had (I travel lot). The staff is professional and fast about everything. The vehicle is incredible. I got a brand new fantastic Toyota Sequoia with only 800 miles on it. The return is also quick and seamless, I was on my way 2 minutes after the return. Can't say enough good things about ACE. 100% recommended.

Best car rental experience, everything went smoothly and fast. The car was clean and smelled like a new car. We initially wanted to just use Uber during our stay, but we found out renting a car would cost only $22/day. The shuttle driver was so sweet. I'll definitely rent my next car with ACE.

I rented a car on February 26, 2026, and returned it on February 27, 2026. A $300 deposit was taken from my account, and I was told it would be refunded within 72 hours. After traveling to Washington, DC, I returned on March 2, 2026, intending to rent another car for six days. At that time, I was informed that I could only rent a vehicle for 13 days because I would be in Minnesota for 13 days. I explained that I only needed the car for six days since I planned to purchase my own vehicle within five days. Despite this, I later learned from an airport representative that Hannah, who identified herself as a manager, had instructed staff not to rent a car to me — without providing any explanation. I went to the office in person to clarify the situation. I reiterated that I only needed the car

Smooth experience, but they didn't have the automobile I rented, and charged for an upgrade. The cruise control was not usable either. The vehicle was new, and in great shape. They drove you by shuttle to and from your car since the autos are not parked at the airport. I would use again if in the area.
