Ace Towing & Recovery

Derrick was amazing and friendly and FAST! We had a flat just 30 minutes into a 6 and a half hour trip due to someone leaving a lug nut or something in the road. We tried calling lots of places but he was one of the only ones to answer and he got there in less 20 minutes!! In the past, I've had to wait 6 hours for towing via AAA. He was knowledgeable and took us to a better, more affordable tire place than we had planned. He is awesomesauce!!

Ordered Tow Service thru AAA Plus been a member for 30+ years, ordered a tow to repair shop @ 8:30am received 3 notifications from AAA driver is on their way, received Text from Driver Justin, I’m on my way 4 hours later from initial call only to never show and listed back with AAA that he came and no response. I’ve reported this to AAA and now showing how unappreciative company conduct business! Liar never prosper!

My car broke down . I called these folks. Not only were they substantially cheaper than the competition, but they provided great service. Truck was in great shape. Our driver Derrick was professional, and courteous. I'm going to keep their business card and I'd recommend them to anyone. I will 100% call these folks first next time I need their services.

I'm an owner operator trucker and had three pieces of equipment to deliver in Destin/Ft Walton. My dispatcher called another tow company who showed up later than expected. They managed to unload one piece of equipment and caused some scratches to it in the process, and when the first company tried to unload the second piece it almost fell off my trailer so I sent them packing. The hydraulics on their boom were leaking and shouldn't even be in service... Then my dispatch called Ace out... and WOW!!! They rolled up in a VERY nice rotator, with all of the equipment (slings, shackles, bridles... AND knowledgeable operators) and got the two remaining pieces off without even a scratch. I broke down on the side of the road the other day, and Austin from Ace Towing came to the rescue. He was absolutely phenomenal! He showed up within minutes and clearly explained everything he was about to do with my car — fast, professional, and super helpful. But what really stood out was how he handled the situation — he had me laughing the whole time and completely turned my crappy day around. That kind of service is rare.
