Ace Transmission

Excellent customer service! They were upfront, fast, and didn’t charge me just to look at the car. Having financing options was a big help, and the free towing was a lifesaver. My car was fixed in 3 days—very impressed with their work.

I had the worst experience with this place. I paid close to $6,000 for a transmission in a 2015. Mark was very rude and unprofessional. I kept getting the run around everytime I called or stopped by. They had my car for almost a total of 3 months. Had to take my car back a second time to replace the transmission again. And it still is reading bad transmission. On top of that, my car was damaged in their care. $2,300 worth of damage and he wanted to write me a check for $850. That's not even half of what the damages cost and the extra money I had to spend getting back and forth to work for longer than it should have took. I wouldn't recommend Ace Transmission to anyone.

Great experience, car was ready way ahead of the schedule time, the customer service was excellent. The people that work for Ace Transmission were very very patience with me, because I was very very stressed about my car being out of commission.

I had my transmission checked here and was impressed with their free diagnostic service. They were upfront about everything, offered financing options, and even provided free towing. My car was ready in just 3 days. Honest shop, highly recommend!

Transmission repairs are always a pain to deal with but because of Ace Transmissions it will never be painful again. I was back up and running in days! Not weeks, days!
