Great shop, great people, fair prices, great communication! Brought my car to replace the headlights and bulbs not knowing they closed early for the day and they kept the shop open for another hour. I’m not too knowledgeable about cars but Scott helped by explaining what’s wrong, what needs to be done, what parts are needed, etc. all without feeling pressured to buy any kind of service. Had to come back the following week to finish at no additional charge. Definitely a shop I will come back to if I need anything else done.

The owner, honest, trustworthy, and keeps his word when he says something he means it. My experience was headlamps, simple headlamps he made it happen, swiftly directly and with confidence. There’s no doubt in my mind that he runs a tight ship, especially treats customers with a bunch of respect, this isn’t just another auto body shop, this is your local Community auto body shop, where everyone is made to feel welcomed. I definitely will return.

Just picked up my car today. I got rear ended but the guy who hit me didn’t want to go through insurance. And I tried to get the estimate but most places didn’t want to give me any saying oh we don’t know until we open it so I shopped around and found Aces Auto and Scott gave me a decent estimate (costs $50 but will be reimbursed if you get repairs here) and was pretty upfront about it so I really liked the guy. These guys can be like a mafia, but I appreciated his honesty as I was trying to be the nice guy who hit me but was having a hard time paying big $$$. If I need my car fixed again, I’ll bring my car here! But hope i don’t have to!

From how they gave me the peace of mind starting with a phone call, to how they handled the whole situation. Scott is very friendly, understanding and explained everything very thoroughly. He handled the insurance claim and provided me with a rental car the same day. Everything was done so fast. The repair of my vehicle was complete within weeks. Looks like new! They make you feel welcome and taken care of. I really appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs for their vehicle!
