I’m mad I’m only now reading reviews several years after buying a vehicle from Jim. His communication is terrible and he quoted me 600 total for labor and parts all together but said he needed 300 down for the parts. He told me the diagnostic would be 150 and Wild go toward repairs. Well he tried to fix it and said it needed a new engine and wasn’t running but I still owed him an additional 300 for labor or I’d have to send him the title to keep the car. When I asked him how that made sense and why I had been o pay an extra 300 for a car that won’t move, he became aggressive, defensive, and unprofessional. He told me he didn’t care what it seems like I told him and I was being accusatory. But the thing is, I asked him what happens if we paid for the starter and parts and the car doesn’t wo

I have brought 2 good used cars from them in the last 9 yrs. Each car lasted about 4 years each with no major issues. The owner is fair, and caring of his customers. I will always recommend him! Ask for Jimmy!

I was lied to and sold a lemon from this dealership. The car had rotting tires, no tire pressure sensors, a broken turn signal, bad struts, a bad rear shock, broken air bag sensor, and a broken seat belt sensor. On top of that, one of the employees lied to me about a non-existent part and they didn't disclose any of this to me before I was purchasing the car. I completely understand that fixing cars is a difficult business to turn profit in due to pricey parts and time consuming repairs for non essential areas of the vehicle but there is absolutely no excuse to outright lie to a customer about a car's condition and blame it on a single non-existent faulty part simply to sell it and make a profit. Sure, I'm a bit of an idiot for not looking into a cars past in depth to make sure it hasn't h

I bought a car from here a week ago was told nothing was wrong with it already have put $1000 into trying to fix it just to find out the head gasket and something is wrong with the timing chain on the motor, 02 sensor, Large evap leak, crank shaft sensor- exhaust and intake, mass air flow sensor, none of the tires have a tire sensor, no heat, loud rattling noise from muffler, car has started smoking and poring out antifreeze 2 times already had to leave it and find a ride. I wish I would have seen these reviews!!! I spent all off my savings on this car I don’t understand how people can do this to others DO NOT GO HERE
