Barbara Jeneral is the BEST insurance agent ever!! She always is on top of issues and responds immediately. She was my insurance agent while in Worcester for 35 years. When we moved out of state, it took years to find anyone even close to her skills.

Had an experience with an auto agent today 12/1/23 and she was the worst. No respect for the customer, didn’t even want to hear about my issues with policy. Didn’t want to discuss my matters… complained about how many times I called etc. If you don’t want to do customer service work get a new job. Her tone was completely off, wanted to just transfer me off to someone else. It had some discriminatory overtones to it. Truly considering contacting my lawyer… will never recommend them thank God my policy has expired. Still thinking about contacting HR or anyone in position to report this. Unacceptable!

I have left 2 messages and actually spoke to someone who transferred me to a ext. Apparently no one answers phones or messages. This has been going on for over two weeks and still no response. I have used Sullivan for over 12 years and this new company that has taken over is terrible. UNACCEPTABLE. LOUSY SERVICE.

I've worked with Beth Duguay for over a year now. I walked in off the street and she sat with me and we discussed my needs. The next day, she had several quotes for me and we determined which would be the best for me. Since then, I've emailed her several times with different questions and she always gets back to me the same day. Most recently I purchased a new vehicle and worked with her to get a quote that is barely above what I pay now for a much better car and she had all the paperwork over to the dealership within just a few hours. If you're looking for a new agent or currently have an online insurance company, do yourself a favor and work with Beth.

My go to for my insurance needs. Barbara is wonderful to deal with and has helped me countless times. I don't know what I'd do without her help. Everyone in the office is great to deal with and make insurance easy. I couldn't be happier with the service here.
