What you are about to read is true. I brought my truck in for collision repairs and left deeply disappointed, disturbed, and shocked by this shop’s extreme negligence and absurd behavior. When I first brought the truck in so they could look at it he told me he could do the repair at the amount insurance was offering and said he “doesn’t like painting over dents,” which gave me confidence the panel would be repaired without dents. After nearly three weeks, the truck came back with sloppy work: Eight areas of visible debris and pinholes in the paint, a visible dent, one trim piece scuffed, tape residue left on the body, and an area that looks like rust wasn’t properly prepped before painting. Best auto body in Salem. I got quoted $8,300 from other shops while action auto did it for $3000. Exact same job and final product without breaking my wallet. Also the nicest people in the business. Don’t waste your money anywhere else.

They don't charge overhead compared with other shops, work with you to find the best/most economical solution for you, stick to the plan, and do flawless work. In my case, we also came UNDER budget. That is amazing--almost never happens anywhere, these days. This is an entirely unsolicited review because I am so impressed and grateful. Thank you, Tanna & co., for helping my family in our moment of need. Other shops wanted to charge as much as 2x for the same work.

Such a wonderful family owned business! I was given more options to repair my vehicle, compared to he bigger companies. They are so honest and down to earth. They have that nice old fashioned customer service you rarely see anymore. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

I went by because my window was stuck most of the way down! I was prepared for them to either say it couldn’t be fixed there or that it would be an expensive fix, but they got it to roll up with a little wiggling! I’m so grateful for them, especially now that I can roll into fall without worrying about my backseats getting soaked by the rain!
