Frontline Automotive Repair

Took my car in for an engine overhaul, and transmission inspection but ended up switching gears and doing a full engine swap and transmission replacement on my subaru legacy gt. Rick was very helpful and upfront about both the costs and the entirety of the process. It was clearly communicated on every obstacle that came with working on a 20+ year old car. Everything turned out great and in a timely manner he definitely knows a lot about vehicles and is very personable when it comes to explaining the things I didn't understand. Highly recommend this shop and will be taking my other vehicles there as well.

Was in quite a pickle and brought my car to Frontline based on the many good reviews. And here I am making one of my own. I met with Rick the shop owner who is very kind and knowledgeable.I know nothing really about cars, he explained (without condensation) the work that needed done, the (very reasonable) cost and he actually called me each day to let me know my vehicles process. He is very trustworthy and honest. Although we met by pure chance, he has gained a life long customer and I will be recommending him to all I know. Thank you again Rick for all your hard work!

I took my Subaru to Frontline after a friend recommended them. I was very happy with the service Rick provided. He explained what likely was the problem, figured out the exact issue and was able to order the parts and fix it quickly. I also needed rear brakes, so I decided to do that during this service too. Rick is very knowledgeable about so many vehicles and their strengths/weaknesses. His prices were very reasonable. I will take my car back to him when it needs something else repaired.

As a woman, I'm always leary about mechanics and them taking advantage of me not knowing much about cars. Rick was so nice, polite and explained things that were wrong with my vehicle. He is genuine and trustworthy. His price is on point and fair. I would recommend him to anyone for any type of vehicle. He's super knowledgeable. Will take my cars back to him, every time! I want to add that Rick got my car in fast and the work was done quickly.

Rick did an amazing job! Our car literally broke down and Rick saw us on the same day! We don't know a whole lot about cars and he did Not take advantage of it. Responded Respectfully, NOT Condensending. He would explain what was wrong, how we could go about it before working on the car. Gave diagnosis printed out and what steps he'd proceed with if we were comfortable. Would look for all avenues. His character truly shows strong Craftmanship, honesty, respect, transparency and kind hearted. No lies hidden. Would communicate daily to express progress. Topped off the fluids of the car, Very kind man thinking in/of all avenues for our safety. Thank you for all your hard work man, really appreciate it. My cars running better and better. Thank you for it.
